Please note:

Eco-responsibility

  •     To limit our environmental impact, we won't be supplying bags, pens or notepads. Don't forget yours!
  •     A "TBM pass" giving you access to the Bordeaux Métropole public transport network will be offered to you when you register. Simply tick the corresponding option on the form to get one of those.

Abstract submissions

Opening date: 03/02/2025
Closing date: 03/31/2025
Validation of abstracts and oral/poster selection should be communicated towards the end of April.

Abstracts should be submitted via the "Abstract submission" page. You will have to indicate your preference between oral presentation or poster. The scientific committee will then decide on your request according to availability.

The guidelines for abstracts are as follows: 300 words maximum (not including the title, authors, possible references...), in english, to be submitted as a Word file formatted according to the model that can be downloaded here.

Oral presentations are expected to last 10+5 mn or 15+5 mn (to be defined). Oral presentations may be given in French or English.

Maximum poster size: A0 portrait format (84 cm wide x 119 cm high). For logistical reasons, we have a limited number of poster spaces available.

Competition

Attention students/doctoral candidates: a competition for the "best" poster and the "best" oral presentation will be organized for you!
